Whitesharks it was another hot day at the pool. There were lots of great races in the water. Attached are the results from the Stonegate Meet.

I could like to Congratulate a few of our swimmer who broke some pool records.

As you prepare for next meet and upcoming meets the temperature is going to continue to increase. It is important that our swimmers and parents stay hydrates, rest and stay out of the sun. With this we encourage our swimmers to engage in activities in the team areas where they can be resting and saving energy for their events. This is why we ask that no balls, sports equipment or water guns are brought to meets. With running around we also increase the chances for falls and injuries. Our goal is for EVERYONE to be safe and have fun!!!!

This week there are lots of things on the calendar.

Monday: Make sure to update your account if your swimmer is not making the meet, coming late or leaving early please indicate it.

Tuesday: Tasty Tuesday @ Raising Cane’s!

Thursday: It’s the last day of School!!!! Swimmer will enjoy pizza AFTER their practice time. Pizza will be fresh when they get out of the pool

Friday:

Morning Practice Begins

7, 8, 9, & 10s Practice from 7:15-8:00

11-12 Practice from 8:00-9:00

13 & Overs Practice from 9:00-10:00

6 & Unders 10:00-10:30

If you are unable to make morning practice please attend afternoon practice. When thinking about the week choose one option Morning or Afternoon. Please do not switch from day to day. During afternoon practices the pool is open to the public, swimmers and siblings should only be swimming in the regular pool area if they have signed in with the lifeguards with their Wortham Pool Tags.

Monday thru Thursday:

5:30 - 6:15pm - 10 & Under age groups

6:15 - 7:15pm - 11 & Older age groups

Friday:

5:30 - 6:00pm - 10 & Under

6:00 - 6:45pm - 11 & Older

Friday- Bubble Gum Pep Rally at 6:45 enjoy some swimming relays and a cool treat!

Saturday Morning Check in at 6:45 @ the Wortham Pool for the Towne Lake Meet
