Congratulations, if you receive this email, you have a swimmer (or swimmers) who has qualified for the Ponderosa end of season invitational on June 26 - 27 at Cy-Fair ISD Natatorium. This is great honor for your kids hard work this season and we want everyone to attend.

The registration deadline is Saturday, June 19 at 6pm. You are NOT automatically entered for this meet. You must go into the meet and declare that you will be attending. Please read the below instructions.

Events/Days:

• Saturday, June 26: All Freestyle events, All Back Events, All Freestyle relays
• Sunday, June 27: All Fly Events, All Breaststroke Events, All IM Events, 11 & Up Freestyle Relays

All swimmers, you must have a qualifying time to swim each event (There are no bonus events at Ponderosa). 11 & up swimmers, you can qualify at the Stonegate dual meet.

Please do the following to let us know if you are swimming in this event (or if you are not attending):

• Go to the meets page and click on Meet Entry button for Ponderosa
• Select the drop down for your swimmer and select “Attending This Meet” (or “Not Attending”)
• Select the events your swimmer is going to swim and is qualified for
• Let us know in the Notes section if you have any other info we need to know
• Click save

The cost is $7 per individual event. Coaches will select the relays and relay costs are paid by the team. Payments can be made online via credit card starting next week, or by check (WWST) or cash. Checks can be put in the Invitational folder in the family folder boxes. Cash should be given to Melissa Tysdal or other board member and not placed in the family folder boxes.
