Congratulations, if you receive this email, you have a swimmer (or swimmers) who has qualified for the AllStars end of season invitational on June 25 - 27 at Klein High School. This is great honor for your kids hard work this season and we want everyone to attend.

The registration deadline is Saturday, June 19 at 6pm. You are NOT automatically entered for this meet. You must go into the meet and declare that you will be attending. Please read the below instructions.

Events/Days:

• Friday Evening, June 25: 11 & Up 100 Yard Freestyle
• Saturday, June 26: All remaining Freestyle events, 10 & Under Freestyle relays, All Back Events
• Sunday, June 27: All Fly Events, 11 & Up Freestyle Relays, All Breaststroke Events, All IM Events

If you are 10 and under, you must have a qualifying time to swim each event. If you qualify for at least three events, you can also swim in the other 25 yard events, even if you didn’t qualify (called bonus events). You must have a qualifying time to swim in the 50 free and 100IM (you cannot add these two events as bonus events).

If you are 11 & older, you must have a qualifying time to swim each event. If you qualify for at least three events, you can also swim in the other 50 yard events, even if you didn’t qualify (called bonus events). You must have a qualifying time to swim in the 100 free and 100IM (you cannot add these two events as bonus events).You can qualify at the upcoming Stonegate dual meet.

Please do the following to let us know if you are swimming in this event (or if you are not attending):

• Go to the meets page and click on Meet Entry button for All Stars
• Select the drop down for your swimmer and select “Attending This Meet” (or “Not Attending”)
• Select the events your swimmer is going to swim and is qualified for
• Let us know in the Notes section if you want to swim Bonus events or any other info we need to know
• Click save

The cost is $7 per individual event. Coaches will select the relays and relay costs are paid by the team. Payments can be made online via credit card starting next week, or by check (WWST) or cash. Checks can be put in the Invitational folder in the family folder boxes. Cash should be given to Melissa Tysdal or other board member and not placed in the family folder boxes.
