Setup (See attached outdoor map)

Set-up for the Sprint Sizzler is OUTSIDE. There will be no indoor setup. Indoor seating is for viewing only. Please bring tents, chairs, water, food etc. with being outside in mind. If you don’t have a tent, we will bring a few team tents to use. We do want to sit together ! Attached to this email is a map of the area outside the natatorium where setup is allowed. On the map is the location where we want to setup as a team. This area is not guaranteed to us but we have second warm up so we are hopeful we can all sit together.

Arrival Times

On Sunday, please be at the Cy-Fair Natatorium by 9:00am.This will give you enough time to set up outdoors and get to the pool. Warm up begins at 9:20am sharp. Racing begins at 11am.

There are two pools within the Natatorium. They will be running girl’s and boy’s events at the same time. The pool nearest the main entrance will be running the boys events and the mixed relays. The girls pool is nearest the diving area (and the ready bench area).

Timing Jobs
The team is responsible for 4 timer slots.

• Shift 1 – Lane 8 - Two timers in Lane 8 for the Girls pool (Events 7-25 - Estimated time 11:50am to 2:00pm)
• Shift 2 – Lane 8 - Two timers in Lane 8 for the Boys pool (Events 26-60 - Estimated time 2:00pm to 5:00pm)
