If you are receiving this email, it means you have one or more swimmers entered into the Sprint Sizzler, this Sunday, June 6 at the Cy-Fair Natatorium. Congrats! Attached to this email is the entries file for the meet. It has your swimmer's name and what events they are entered in, including relays. You can also see your swimmer’s individual events on the website. Remember that relay entries sometimes have to be changed on race day.

We will send out more information later this week about meet details like warm up times and our team's timing responsibility. Below is the information on making payments for the meet.

Payment Information

Each individual event entered costs $7. Relays are set up by the coaches and there is no cost to you.

To Pay Online (Includes a Service Fee)

• 1.On our website - Go to Invitational Fees page (far right option across the top menu)
• 2.Click on the item Sprint Sizzler – 1 Event
• 3.There you will select the quantity (# of individual events entered for all your swimmers)
• 4.Go through the checkout process

To Pay via check or cash. You can leave a check in the invitationals folder at the pool or give cash to Ryan Barnes or any board member/coach. Please do not put cash in the Invitationals Folder
