Declaring Attendance
April 30th
Whitesharks it is very important for you to log into the website worthamwhitesharks.swimtopia.com to declare your attendance to a meet.
Each week the deadline is Monday night. So, the deadline for Practice Meet on May 8th is right around the corner on May 3rd.
The wording is a little different in the new system,
it automatically indicates that you are Undeclared= you will be attending the meet
Unless YOU change it to- Not attending this meet.
You must get this information into the system prior to the deadline so that the coaches and committee member can plan for the upcoming meet.
